The Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) and the Brazilian Olympic Confederations are committed to providing the best conditions for training and preparation for individual athletes and teams in the Olympic cycle Tokyo 2020.

Here you check the actions that the COB will do / do in April 2019, based on the resources of the Agnelo / Piva Law that the COB invests directly in the preparation of athletes and teams. These actions are aligned with the planning of the Confederations for Tokyo 2020.

Atletismo (COB / CBAt) - Monthly support for coach Vitaly Petrov (UKR) as a consultant with athlete Thiago Braz and Juliana Campos, both of Salto with Vara;

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Monthly support for coach Rana Reider (USA) with sprinter Rosangela dos Santos;

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Monthly support for the performance of coach Cristian Chocho (ECU) with the athlete Erica Sena, of the Athletic March;

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Monthly support for the performance of coach Ivan Pedroso (CUB) with the athlete Nubia Soares, of the Triple Jump;

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Support for international field training and competition to be held in Chula Vista (USA) between March 19 and April 29, in preparation of 22 athletes targeting the Pan American Games De Lima, Doha World Championships and World Relay Championships in Yokohama, accompanied by 17 technical committee members (with different stays within this period);

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Support for the international field training of the Athletic March to be held in Dudince (ESL) and Rio Maior (POR) between March 18 and April 8, in preparation of the athlete Erica Sena for the Pan American Games and World Championships;

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Support for the International Field Training of Combined Events to be held in Lana (ITA) from April 21 to 29, in preparation of the athlete Luiz Alberto de Araujo for the Pan American Games ;

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Support for mid-field international field training to be held in Paipa (COL), Nijmegen (NED) and San Francisco (USA) between April 29 and June 30, in preparation for the athlete Thiago André for the Pan American Games and World Athletics;

Athletics (COB / CBAt) - Support for the international field training of hammer throwing to be held in Zagreb (CRO) between April 2 and July 3, in preparation of Wagner Domingos athlete for the Pan American Games;

Basketball 3x3 (COB / CBB) - Support for training of the selections in the men's and men's and women's categories, to be held at EsEFEx in Rio de Janeiro from April 25 to 30, with a view to the world championship;

Boliche (COB / CBBoliche) - Support for the participation of athletes Marcelo Antônio Suartz, Bruno Soares Costa and Renan Zoghaib Ferreira, with coach Márcio Antônio Vieira at the Pan American Adult Men's Championship in Lima (PER), from April 22 to 29;

Canoeing Speed ??(COB / CBCa) - Support to the activities of technical and physical training and maintenance of the base, with 5 athletes of the canoe team, led by the coach Lauro de Souza Junior in Lagoa Santa (MG);

Canoeing Speed ??(COB / CBCa) - Support in the import and customs clearance of two Nello canoes, model 8, for the athletes Erlon Souza and Isaquias Queiroz;

Cycling (COB / CBC) - Support for the participation of athletes Anderson Souza, Julia Alves, Priscila Carnaval, Paola Reis, Bruno Cogo and Renato Rezende in field training and BMX Racing World Cup, Manchester and Papendal stages, between the days 04/15 and 05/15;

Cycling (COB / CBC) - Logistic support for the participation of 4 athletes (Raíza Goulão, Jaqueline Mourão, Luiz Henrique Cocuzzi and Guilherme Gotardelo Muller) and 1 technical coordinator at the Pan-American Mountain Bike Championship in Aguas Calientes (MEX), between the 5th and 7th of April;

Water Skiing (COB / CB Water Ski) - Support for the participation of athlete Felipe Neves at the Latin American Water Ski Championship in Santiago de Chile (CHI), from April 16 to 20;

Artistic Gymnastics (COB / CBG) - Technical and logistic support for field training to be held at the Time Brasil Training Center between April 7 and 17, in preparation for the Pan American Games and the World Youth Championship for 16 athletes of the female selection (adult and junior), with the participation of 10 coaches;

Artistic Gymnastics (COB / CBG) - Technical and logistic support for field training to be held at the Time Brasil Training Center in Rio de Janeiro, from April 22 to 27, in preparation for the World Youth Championship for 15 male (junior) athletes, with participation of 8 coaches;

Artistic Gymnastics (COB / CBG) - Support for FIG All Around Tokyo competition (JPN) from 01 to 08 April, with the participation of the athlete Caroline Pedro accompanied by the coach Ronaldo Ferreira. Qualifying competition for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games;

Handball (COB / CBHb - Support for the Brazilian men's team for international training in the city of Rio Maior (POR), from April 7 to 14, with the participation of 20 athletes and six members of technical committee;

Judo (COB / CBJ) - Support for the participation of 14 athletes and 4 members of the multidisciplinary team at the Antalya Grand Prix 2019, from April 05 to 07 in Turkey;

Judo (COB / CBJ) - Support for the participation of 9 athletes and coach Mario Tsutsui in field training in Porto Alegre, between April 15 and 18;

Judo (COB / CBJ) - Support for the participation of athletes Daniel Cargnin, Rafael Macedo, Leonardo Gonçalves and David Moura and coach Yuko Fujii in field training in São Paulo, from April 16 to 19;

Judo (COB / CBJ) - Support for the participation of 12 athletes and 5 members of the technical committee at the "International Internship Stage 18" (national concentration, competition and international training) in Berlin (ALE) between April 21 and May 2;

Karate (COB / CBK) - Support to National Field Training with emphasis on the preparation of athletes Vinicius Figueira and Valéria Kumizaki, in the cities of Londrina and Piracicaba, with the participation of 6 athletes (Marco Antonio dos Anjos, Kaique Rodrigues, Alisson Santana Sobrinho, Rafael Nascimento, Bárbara Rodrigues and Jessica de Paula), between the 30th of March and the 14th of April;

Karate (COB / CBK) - Support for the participation of the Brazilian team in the Premier League in Rabat (MAR), from April 19 to 21, for 6 athletes (Vinicius Figueira, Douglas Brose, Valeria Kumizaki, Breno Teixeira, Natalia Spigolon and Jessica de Paula), with the coaches Diego Spigolon and Ricardo Oguido

Karate (COB / CBK) - Support for the participation of the Brazilian team in the South American Championship in Santa Cruz (BOL), between April 21 and 28, for 82 athletes and 17 members of the technical committee

Aquatic Marathon (COB / CBDA) - Support the participation of the Brazilian aquatic marathon team, with 12 athletes and 6 technical committee members, in the South American Junior Water Sports Championship in Iquique (CHI), from March 31 to March 14. April;

Artistic Swimming (COB / CBDA) - Support the participation of the Brazilian artistic swimming team, with the participation of 23 athletes, 8 technical committee members and 3 referees, at the South American Junior Water Sports Championship in Iquique (CHI), of March 31 to April 14;

Swimming (COB / CBDA) - Support for the participation of the Brazilian swimming team, with the participation of 44 athletes, 9 technical committee members in the South American Junior Water Sports Championship in Santiago (CHI), from March 31 to April;

Water Polo (COB / CBDA) - Support for the participation of the Brazilian team of aquatic polo, with the participation of 25 athletes, 9 technical committee members in the South American Junior Water Sports Championship in Iquique (CHI), from March 31 to April 14;

(COB / CBDA) - Support for the participation of the Brazilian jumping team, with the participation of 12 athletes, 6 technical committee members in the South American Junior Water Sports Championship in Santiago (CHI), from March 31 to 14 Of april;

Surfing (COB / CBSurf) - Support for the participation of athlete Tatiana Weston-Webb in the 1st stage of the Gold Coast Surfing Circuit (AUS) between April 3 and 13 and in the 2nd stage of the Surfing World Circuit in Bells Beach (AUS) from April 17 to 27;

Taekwondo (COB / CBTKd) - Support for the training of the Brazilian team, from April 22 to 30, at the Time Brasil Training Center, to prepare for the World Championship in May in Manchester (GBR), with the participation of 16 athletes and 6 members of the technical committee;

Taekwondo (COB / CBTkd) - Technical and logistical support for "Youth Field Training", benefiting 20 athletes and 8 members of the technical committee, from March 31 to April 8, 2019, in Florianópolis / SC;

Archery (COB / CBTArco) - Support for the participation of athletes Bruno Brassaroto, Marcus Vinicius D'Almeida, Marcelo Costa Filho and Ane Marcelle dos Santos and coach Tiago Louzada in the 1st Stage of the World Cup, between the days 22 and 28 of April in Colombia;

Sports Shooting (COB / CBTE) - Support the participation of athlete Felipe Wu in field training in Rio de Janeiro, from April 5 to 7;

Triathlon (COB / CBTri) - Monthly support for the performance of coach Ian O'Brien (USA) with the athlete Vittória Lopes;

Vela (COB / CBVELA) - Monthly support of the performance of the trainer Javier Torres (ESP) with the athletes Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze (49erFX);

Vela (COB / CBVELA) - Monthly support of the performance of coach João Signorini with the athlete Jorge Zarif (FINN);

Vela (COB / CBVELA) - Support for participation in SWC Genoa and Training, from April 9 to 21, in Genoa (ITA), for the following athletes and coaches: Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze (49erFX) with coach Javier Torres ; Jorge Zarif (FINN), with coach João Signorini; Fernanda Oliveira and Ana Barbachan (470W), with coach Iñigo Fernandez, accompanied by COB technical coordinator for the Brazilian sailing team, Torben Grael;

Sailing (COB / CBVELA) - Acquisition of technical equipment for the Olympic Sailing Team, aiming at the best preparation and participation of the athletes in the events of the 2019 season.

  • - Samuel Albrecht and Gabriela Nicolino (Nacra 17): 1 complete boat, 5 large sails, 3 sails buja and 7 sails balloon with flags and numerals;
  • - Jorge Zarif (FINN): 1 complete boat, 1 mast and 5 sets of sails with flags and numerals
  • - Martine Grael and Kahena Kunze (49erFX): 5 sets of candles with flags and numerals
  • - Fernanda Oliveira and Ana Barbachan: 2 sets of candles and accessories, with flags and numerals
  • Vela (COB / CBVela) - Technical and logistical support for the "I Field Training for Brazilian Youth Sailing Team (EBVJ) Sub-19", for 12 athletes and 03 members of the technical committee, from April 10 to 14, 2019 , in Marina da Glória, Rio de Janeiro;

    Beach Volleyball (COB / CBV) - Support for the participation of 12 athletes and 12 members of their respective multidisciplinary teams in the 4th Stage of the World Circuit, from April 24 to 28 in China;

    Beach Volleyball (COB / CBV) - Monthly support for the 4 best ranked doubles (male and female) in the FIVB (International Volleyball Federation ) Team entry ranking ;

    Wrestling (COB / CBW) - Technical and logistical support for the "Sub-17 Brazilian Field Training", from April 12 to 17, 2019, at the Olympic Velodrome in Rio de Janeiro, with 42 athletes and 13 coaches;

    Time Brasil Training Center (CTTB) - Support and technical-sports support, and support of facilities infrastructure for the following modalities: Swimming, Aquatic Marathon, Artistic Gymnastics, Sailing, Track and Field, Swimming, Karate, Judo, Volleyball and Beach Volleyball

    Support and support of the Infrastructure of the sports facilities of the COB to carry out the:

  • - Physiotherapy Coordination Meeting - April 27
  • - FLOW - ZIVA Course - Multifunctional Training - April 6th and 7th
  • - Artistic Gymnastics Training Internship for the Brazilian female and young adult selection, between April 7 and 17

    Planning Paris 2024 - Inspection of two Training Centers in Europe (Spain and Portugal) with the objective of evaluating the possibility of receiving the operation of Time Brasil in the preparations for the Olympic Games of Paris 2024. Delegation with two members; School Youth Games (COB) - Definition and dissemination of 2019 venues:
