Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports

The Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports emerged in 1988 from the former Brazilian Confederation of Swimming. The organization is responsible for the organization of five Olympic modalities (swimming, synchronized swimming, water polo, ornamental jumps and aquatic marathon). In 1988, the organization had three thousand athletes in its database. Today, more than 65 thousand registered.
