Brazilian Automobile Confederation

The Brazilian Automobile Confederation (CBA) is the federal of motor sport and was founded on September 7, 1961. The CBA is affiliated with the Federation Internacional de l'Automobile, FIA (International Automobile Federation), and is a civil association of social, technical and sports character.

Among the main objectives of the CBA is the commitment to direct, disseminate and encourage in the practice of all motor sporting modalities and, if accredited, to develop the activities related to tourism, traffic and transport.

It is the responsibility of the CBA to coordinate the sports technical complex of Brazilian motorsport, which is regulated national and international standards and by the rules of sport practice that should be accepted by all those who are part of the national motor sports system, in the form of Law 9.615 of March 24, 1998.
